Terms of Service
Welcome to Scenigma App (hereinafter referred to as "this App")! This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is an agreement between you and KDream Future Software Studio (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding the use of this App. Please read and fully understand all the contents of this Agreement before registering, logging in, or using any services of this App, especially the clauses involving exemption or limitation of our liability, restriction of your rights, and dispute resolution. If you do not agree with any content of this Agreement, please do not register, log in, or use this App. Once you complete registration, log in, or actually use any services of this App, it is deemed that you have fully understood and agreed to all the provisions of this Agreement and are willing to be bound by this Agreement.
This Agreement is a core component of the service terms of this App, and together with the "Scenigma App Privacy Policy" and "Various Rules/Announcements Published in this App", constitutes the complete basis for your use of this App's services. If this Agreement is inconsistent with the provisions of the aforementioned documents, this Agreement shall prevail; if this Agreement does not provide for certain matters, the provisions of the aforementioned documents shall prevail.
I. Service Content
1.1 Core Services
This App is an entertainment application with situational puzzle interactive reasoning as its core. The core services we provide to you include but are not limited to: situational puzzle question display, interactive reasoning communication, like record management, account registration and login verification, etc. We have the right to reasonably adjust, update, or optimize the service content according to business development needs, and will inform you through reasonable means such as App pop-ups and in-app notifications.
1.2 Prerequisites for Service Use
You must have full civil rights capacity and civil capacity for conduct that comply with laws and regulations (if you are a minor under 18 years old, you should read this Agreement accompanied by your guardian and register, log in, and use this App's services with your guardian's consent), and your registration, login, and use behaviors must not violate any laws, regulations, or the provisions of this Agreement.
II. Account Related
2.1 Account Registration
Before using some services of this App, you need to complete account registration. When registering, you should accurately provide your email address according to the prompts of this App and complete identity verification through email verification codes to ensure that the information provided is true, complete, and valid. You understand and agree that your email address will serve as your account identifier for logging into this App and receiving related service notifications (such as verification codes, service change notifications, etc.).
2.2 Account Use and Custody
Your account is created and maintained by you, and you are fully responsible for all operations under your account (including but not limited to login, use of services, submission of information, etc.). Please keep your account and related verification information safe and do not lend, rent, gift, or transfer your account to others. If you find that your account has been stolen or there are abnormal logins, you should immediately notify us through the contact methods specified in this Agreement. We will take corresponding measures (such as freezing the account) after verifying the relevant information. Any losses caused by your failure to properly keep your account shall be borne by you.
2.3 Account Cancellation
You have the right to apply for account cancellation according to your needs. You can submit a cancellation application through the account cancellation function in this App or by contacting our customer service. After account cancellation, you will no longer be able to use the account to log in and use any services of this App. Relevant data in the account (such as interaction records, like records, etc.) will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the provisions of the "Scenigma App Privacy Policy" (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations). After the account cancellation is completed, it is deemed that you have voluntarily waived all rights under the account, and you shall bear the relevant consequences arising from the account cancellation.
III. Your Rights and Obligations
3.1 Your Rights
- The right to normally use various legal services provided by this App in accordance with this Agreement;
- The right to make suggestions or feedback on the service quality and function optimization of this App;
- The right to apply for account cancellation under the premise of complying with this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations;
- Other legal rights provided by laws and regulations.
3.2 Your Obligations
- Comply with local laws, regulations, rules, and related policies, and do not use this App to engage in any illegal or irregular activities (including but not limited to publishing and disseminating illegal information, fraud, infringement of others' legitimate rights and interests, violation of public order and good customs, etc.);
- Comply with this Agreement and various rules and announcements published in this App, and do not tamper with, destroy, or attack the services, data, or systems of this App;
- Ensure that the information provided when registering and using the account is true, accurate, and complete, and update it in time if the information changes;
- Properly keep personal account and related information, and be responsible for operations under the account;
- Do not use the services of this App to infringe upon others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, and other legitimate rights and interests;
- Do not copy, disseminate, reprint, modify, compile, etc., any content of this App without our permission;
- When using this App's services, comply with relevant network security regulations to avoid account information leakage or affecting the normal operation of this App due to your own device problems (such as virus infection).
IV. Our Rights and Obligations
4.1 Our Rights
- The right to reasonably adjust and update the service content and function modules of this App according to business development needs without obtaining your separate consent, but we should inform you through reasonable means;
- The right to supervise your account usage behavior. If we find that you violate the provisions of this Agreement or laws and regulations, we have the right to take measures such as warnings, restricting account functions, freezing accounts, canceling accounts, etc., and pursue your relevant responsibilities;
- The right to collect, use, store, and process your relevant information under the premise of complying with the provisions of the "Scenigma App Privacy Policy" to ensure the normal provision of services;
- Own intellectual property rights to all content in this App (including but not limited to questions, copy, interface design, etc.), and have the right to pursue legal liability for acts that infringe upon the aforementioned intellectual property rights.
4.2 Our Obligations
- Provide you with stable and secure services in accordance with this Agreement and strive to ensure the normal operation of services;
- Strictly comply with the provisions of the "Scenigma App Privacy Policy", protect your personal information security, and do not arbitrarily disclose, tamper with, or sell your personal information (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or with your explicit consent). Among them, your interaction records, like records, and other information are stored by a third-party service provider Supabase. We have signed a confidentiality and data processing agreement with Supabase to clarify its security responsibilities and ensure information storage security;
- When services undergo major changes, interruptions, or terminations, inform you of the relevant situation and impact through reasonable means such as App pop-ups and in-app notifications;
- Establish effective customer service feedback channels, respond to your reasonable inquiries, suggestions, or complaints in a timely manner, and handle them within a reasonable period.
V. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
5.1 Service Changes
We have the right to change the service content, functions, and forms of this App according to business development needs. If the changes have a significant impact on your normal use, we will inform you in advance through reasonable means. You have the right to choose to continue using or terminate the service. If you continue to use the changed service, it is deemed that you agree to such changes.
5.2 Service Interruption
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by the following circumstances:
- Service interruptions caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, policy adjustments, etc.);
- Service interruptions caused by failures or maintenance of network service providers or third-party service providers (such as Supabase);
- Temporary service interruptions caused by our necessary system maintenance and upgrades, and we have informed you in advance through reasonable means;
- Service interruptions caused by your own device problems, network problems, or failure to comply with this Agreement.
5.3 Service Termination
We have the right to terminate providing services to you if any of the following circumstances occur:
- You violate this Agreement and fail to correct it after our warning;
- You apply for account cancellation;
- You lose civil capacity or die, and there is no legal heir to continue using the service;
- We need to terminate the service due to legal and regulatory provisions, policy adjustments, or administrative orders;
- We decide to terminate the operation of this App due to business adjustments, poor operations, etc.
After service termination, we will handle your personal information in accordance with the provisions of the "Scenigma App Privacy Policy". At the same time, you should stop using all services of this App, and we will no longer bear any service-related obligations to you (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations).
VI. Intellectual Property
All content in this App, including but not limited to software programs, interface design, copy, images, officially created situational puzzle questions, trademarks, logos, etc., are owned by us or relevant right holders and are protected by relevant laws and regulations.
During your use of this App's services, you only obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use this App's services. You shall not copy, modify, disseminate, reprint, rent, sell, etc., any content of this App without authorization, and shall not infringe upon our or relevant right holders' intellectual property rights. If you commit the aforementioned infringement without permission, we have the right to pursue your legal liability.
All content in this App, including but not limited to software programs, interface design, copy, images, officially created situational puzzle questions, trademarks, logos, etc., are owned by us or relevant right holders and are protected by relevant laws and regulations.
During your use of this App's services, you only obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use this App's services. VII. Disclaimer
- The content provided by this App, such as situational puzzle questions, is for entertainment reference only and does not constitute any legal, commercial, investment, or other advice. You should judge the authenticity and applicability of the content yourself. We are not responsible for any losses caused by using such content;
- We strive to ensure the stable operation of this App's services, but we do not guarantee that the services are free from any defects or interruptions. We are not responsible for service abnormalities or your losses caused by technical failures, network problems, third-party service problems, and other non-subjective faults on our part;
- Any losses caused by your failure to properly keep your account, violation of this Agreement, or your own device or network problems shall be borne by you;
- Any losses caused by fraud, attacks, and other illegal or irregular acts committed by third parties through this App shall be borne by the third party. We do not bear direct or joint liability, but we will do our best to cooperate with you in protecting your legitimate rights and interests;
- Except for the disclaimer circumstances specified in this Agreement, if we are responsible for your losses, the scope of compensation is limited to direct losses and does not include indirect losses, expected benefits, etc.
VIII. Agreement Changes and Effectiveness
7.1 Agreement Changes
Due to changes in laws and regulations, business development needs, and other reasons, we have the right to modify this Agreement. The modified agreement will be notified to you through prominent means such as App pop-ups and in-app notifications. You can view the latest version of the agreement in this App. If you continue to use this App's services after the agreement is modified, it is deemed that you have fully understood and agreed to the modified agreement. If you do not agree to the modified agreement, you should immediately stop using this App's services.
7.2 Agreement Effectiveness
This Agreement takes effect from the date you complete account registration, log in, or actually use this App's services, and is legally binding on both you and us.
IX. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and us. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the location of KDream Future Software Studio.

We will verify and process your contact request and provide feedback within 15 working days after receiving it.
9.2 Others
Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations. If the provisions of this Agreement conflict with laws and regulations, the provisions of laws and regulations shall prevail.
The final interpretation right of this Agreement belongs to KDream Future Software Studio.
