**Incident Log ██-7B**: City A reported 27 cases over six months of LCD televisions spontaneously displaying old-style "static snow" while **powered off**. In all 27 households, at least one resident answered a phone call that evening from a **deceased relative**, lasting 4 to 11 minutes. Each answerer was later found dead on the living-room sofa within 72 hours, the television still showing static.
